Melissa Pelley – Chanteuse

Melissa has been singing with the Becket Players for 3 years. She’s got a love for performing and is also known to pop up in a dance here and there. She says, “Each and every Becket season is different. New songs, new concept and new faces, but the end result is always a bunch of crazy-talented and devoted people (aka The Becket Family) getting together for the kids. We really do see a bond happen over the months of rehearsals. When all of our personalities start to come out, that’s when it all comes together. There’s nothing like it!” Looking back, her favourite lead from her Becket years to date was Like The Way I Do by Melissa Etheridge. “I was new to Becket (2015), the song was such a challenge at the time and I wasn’t sure I could pull it off, but with the encouragement and some guidance from the Becket Fam it became one of my favourites”.
